Anyone partaking in any classes or coming to any events at Pocket Design or organised by Pocket Design must agree to the below terms and conditions.

1. LIABILITY WAIVER

Any damage, loss or theft incurred to personal property brought into any Workshop locations premises. Any physical injuries sustained as a result of participating in any class or event organised by Pocket Design. 

I agree to be fully responsible for any actions that incur any damages or injuries to physical or personal property which may occur during any of Pocket Design’s workshops, any location they are held or any event organised by Pocket Design.

2. PHOTO & VIDEO

On occasions Pocket Design will see an opportunity to photograph or film any workshop or event created by Pocket Design. These will be used for social media and online promotions to showcase how fun the workshops are.

I agree to give Pocket Design unrestricted rights for any photography or video content taken at any Pocket Design workshops.

3. REFUNDS & ATTENDEE CANCELLATIONS

These workshops require expensive equipment and many hours of preparation. The below cancellation requirements must be adhered to.

If you cancel before 14 days prior to a workshop, you will receive a refund minus a 30% fee for cancellation admin, advertising and equipment orders.

If enrolled students cancel participation within 14 days of course commencement, 50% of the course fee will be forfeited. 

If enrolled students cancel participation within 7 days of course commencement, only 20% will be refunded.

All refunds will be delivered 1 week after the workshop dates unless stated otherwise by Pocket Design.

You have an option to transfer your position to someone else. You’ll need to verify all of their contact details with us and organise the payment to be transferred to you personally by the replacement attendee.

Email us at info@pocketdesign.com.au for refunds, cancellations or to confirm the transfer details of the new attendees.

4. WORKSHOP CANCELLATIONS

We’d hate to cancel, and haven’t had to yet, but there may be a need for us to do so in future. You will be fully refunded for the cost of any workshop cancellations by Pocket Design. Our classes must have a minimum of 6 participants before they can commence. Students will be notified via email of any cancellations.

5. AGE RESTRICTIONS

All workshop attendees must be 18 or over unless accompanied by an adult or guardian.
